New Climavision radar bolsters Texas network
LOUISVILLE, KY and LAMAR COUNTY, TX – One of the nation’s largest population centers now has enhanced protection from severe weather thanks to climate tech pioneer Climavision. The new X-Band radar installation in Lamar County, about 80 miles northeast of Dallas-Fort Worth, fills a critical gap in radar coverage on the Northeast side of the Metroplex and adds to the company’s advanced supplemental radar network across Texas and the United States.
